North Adams Community Memorial Library

. . . get a library card

Steps to acquire a library card.

If you are an adult, come into the library and bring your Michigan Driver's License or Michigan ID showing your current address. If you have a PO Box, bring a piece of mail that shows your name and that PO Box. Fill out a registration card and acquire your library card.

If you are under 18, come into the library with your parent or guardian. You will fill out the front side of the registration card. Your parent or guardian will fill out the back side of the registration card and present their Michigan Driver's License or Michigan ID showing your correct address. If you have a PO Box, see the paragraph above. Then you will have your library card.
